Our newly promoted leaders needed some specific and tailored management training and personal development. After Charlotte reviewed our operational processes, employee and customer touch points, we co-created a solution and introduced an employee engagement plan to drive sales and improve efficiencies.We have worked with Charlotte many times over the years, it is a trusted long-term partnership.

Specific Learning & Coaching delivered a Manage Your Workload training day. The session was tailored to everyone's tasks, needs and challenges. People were encouraged to get involved and apply learning to personal and work experiences to get the most out of it.
